Sending an enquiry

You can review your contact details and enquiry before sending. When you select Send enquiry, the website sends those details to FormSubmit, which processes the form and emails it to info@endeavouraccounting.com.au. The visitor’s email app is not used. Your details stay in the open page and are not saved in browser storage for a later visit.

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days, including submissions awaiting recipient activation. Its privacy terms also apply to its processing. Please send only contact details and a general description of the work you need.

Copying, printing or downloading a brief creates a copy you control. Keep initial enquiries general. Do not include tax file numbers, passwords, identity documents, bank details or confidential financial records.

Service choices and checklists

The service finder and comparison tool use non-personal categories such as your selected situation, service and timing. These choices can appear in the page address when you continue to the contact page. They may therefore appear in browser history or normal technical request logs. Personal contact details and message text are not added to these addresses.

Checklist selections remain in the open page and are not submitted to the firm or saved in browser storage. A downloaded or printed checklist is a copy you choose to keep.

Responding to an enquiry

If you send an enquiry, the intended purpose of the information is to respond to your request, discuss relevant services and arrange a conversation where appropriate. The firm must confirm its handling, retention and disclosure practices before this policy is finalised.

Website services

Fonts and images are hosted with the website. This version has no connected analytics provider, advertising tracker or session replay. Local interaction events do not send information to an analytics service. Hosting services may process technical request information. If you choose to load the map, your browser connects to Google and Google’s privacy terms apply.
